I live in NY and there's a CT driving around the Buffalo area for at least a month. We have Gigafactory 2 here, so maybe an employee. Then I saw a black CT, not sure if it's the same one or if the first one got wrapped.

Took delivery yesterday but a snag nearly caused it to be pushed to another day.

I was advised about an hour before delivery the CT was displaying an error code that they couldn’t clear. The truck had been on a supercharger as a last step of prep, when disconnected from the charger the error popped up (something about cooling). Over the next four hours the service team worked with the big dog engineers to try and clear the message. Just before closing the problem was cleared and I was able to take delivery. I was told it was some sort of firmware issue. The Vancouver WA service center worked very hard to ensure the delivery wouldn’t be pushed to another day, I’m very appreciative of their hard work.

The truck is amazing. I was prepared for public attention but not to the scale this vehicle generates. It’s simply off the charts. 100% positive comments and people just light up when they see it!

Nope, regular guy always lived in NY
I did sign up for the stock program but never got an email or anything about that.
