Tesla has gone very far out of their way to make sure that we cannot contact a person who has any useful information for us. The people with information are several layers removed from anyone we can get ahold of.

I am 1/4 order for AWD. 5 mile away from the border on the South Carolina site. 30min away from the delivery location in NC. No VIN. Will see if SC location helps or hurts. But I am hoping for the best. March or April delivery would be great

I’m in Greenville, SC, ordered AWD on 12/20, no VIN yet. If there is a SC advantage, haven’t seen it yet ?‍

Order date is 12/15. Mine is 12/16. No skipping. He’s owned multiple teslas. Not sure if that matters…
But what I’m thinking, if they’re delivering a CT to him in Raleigh, i would think they will also ship a few more? If that’s the case, i would think i too should get a VIN any minute now. But we’ll see. This is my first Tesla, so…

I would hope so. I’m 12/21 and owned a bunch, and still own a roadster. So not sure how they weight owning Tesla’s before. Not sure if that stock thing will impact this at all too. All I know is I’ll be refreshing the app even more now lol.

I saw 1 CT on a car carrier today driving north on 85 crossing the Lake Hartwell bridge..

I received my VIN earlier in week for delivery at the Raleigh SC. I am just waiting on Tesla to check and prep before scheduling delivery.
