Okay, so here's a strange one driving in the middle of Illinois and all sudden we realized that we were driving along and the map hadn't moved, but our charge rate kept declining. Had all the various chargers and traffic data, but it was 3 hours stale.

We then went into change the navigation and the navigation still had a sitting in LaSalle, Illinois even though we were in Merrillville, IN.

Talk to service. Performed two hard resets. They said that my cyber truck had disappeared. And that they don't know where it is.

Had something similar in the S and 3, but it always came back after reset.

The bummer is is the navigation and all associated charging arrival is unworkable.

Using ABRP temp. I have my first service appointment scheduled for a missing Cybertruck Thursday morning back at Michigan house.

I did assure Tesla that the truck wasn't missing as I was in it.

Edit add: my satellites aren't showing in service either

Let the truck go through a deep sleep. That means anything that can wake it up, turn off. And that especially means Sentry mode. Lots of things get reset when the vehicle comes out of deep sleep. Mainly because deep sleep turns most everything off.

Since it happened on 3 cars I'd say the dog did it. They're tricky.

Deep sleep didn't fix it last night. 48V disconnect and reconnect did. Have to say the service mode is quite in depth. Pretty cool.
This happened once on a Polestar 2 I previously owned. Only way to get it re-established was to power it all the way off (disconnect 12v in that case), wait a bit for systems to lose residual charge, and then power back up. A little crazy, but it's amazing what the equivalent of "unplugging and plugging it back in again" can do. Glad it's back on the Earth map and you're not on Mars!
