Who to call about trade in offer pending?

Got my Vin Sunday 3/17, did the trade in step and financing info that day. Trade in offer has been pending ever since, I keep getting text and messages to finish my trade in task, I text and message back saying it is still pending but no one answers ha. Who can I call to get them to see I need them to push through the trade in offer.

Usually the text message is the way, but if really no response, then calling your local delivery location would probably be worth a try.

I dont know which delivery center its going to yet though, Ive taken delivery on prior teslas from 2 different locations.

Thanks didnt know that, its in the new location 20 minutes from my house, thats nice, way better than driving into ATL.

I went ahead and "accepted" the finance terms which shows me paying cash for the value of my trade in that I owe, lets see what happens.

I think it was just a coincidence but today I got a call from my delivery center, CT is there and getting inspected for a delivery sometime this week. She said she sent a query over to the trade in department to see if they needed something else or if anything was holding it up. They are slammed because the end of the quarter of course so its taking a while......typing this I got a notification of a new message and they have my offer ready.......low balling mfers, good thing I need new tires of my R1T Im going to give them
