Please, please let us know of any updates. I’m curious if any info conflicts with the info I received an hour ago. I don’t understand how they can write up a whole service bulletin on how to install a rivet, and then say that they are going a whole different route with a redesigned pedal… and that they don’t know the ETA and are expecting to get 2-5 (wtf?). I swear they must be screwing with meThis is not good. We are all in bad situations and Tesla is not delivering. I sold my Ram truck a few days ago, so now I don't have a vehicle and am having to juggle rides with my wife while the CT is paid in full and insured. I feel like if we pay in full we should at least be treated to communication. I expected at least a message this weekend from Tesla but nothing! My CT has been here in my city for over a week in Tesla purgatory and not a peep from Tesla about when I can get it. It is very hard not to get mad about this but I am trying my best to stay calm. Gonna head to the dealership, again, today to try to get some answers.
Tesla, if you are listening, we have built our schedules and finances around getting this $100k+ vehicle at a certain time based on your provided delivery window. We understand that the accelerator issue was a curve ball. If the delivery window needs to change please message us frequently and let us know exactly what is going on and when we can expect our delivery. You are causing distress to your most loyal customers by not doing so.
