As ppl said, it timeout. The dimple lock only there when Lights On. Glad the video helped you. Pushing it down don’t do anything. That just helps him find the center. The key is dipping the back part to balance it.There is no difference in magnetic feel plugged in or not plugged in. There is no "dimple" feeling in the magnetic field when plugged in. I was balancing it as shown above. I'm sure not all Cybertrucks are created equal so that's a bad analogy. I would bet a LOT of money that mine is defective. Some Cybertrucks had issues from the factory, so just because yours works doesn't mean others do. I would assume a Chinese toy manufacturer could make mistakes with some of these. I've spent several hours with it...there is no dimple in the force field when plugged in and it will not balance.
