Please post pictures, good or bad, of your CT or CB showing before (if possible) and after your cantrails have been fixed by Tesla.
Also, please objectively comment on your impressions of the outcome, if you are willing. Please no love or hate, just the facts, maam!
Also would be useful to know which Tesla Center did the repairs .
And thank you!

I don’t have before pictures, but they were very flush and fit, as I inspected them for being loose.

Replaced on April 3rd.

The after pictures look “not good” in my view. Have not had time to go back to complain yet.

Mine have been absolutely fine over the last year and almost 21,000 miles. I’m sure they’ll sneak in the replacement whenever they can, but I’m not going to jump through my ass to get the truck to an SC any time soon to get them replaced.

Yea that alignment was in desperate need of a straight edge. One of those things that if you don't know it is there it is fine, but once you see it, you can not unsee it.

Got my cantrail done while the recall notice was announced 3 weeks ago.... bad result.. will be taking it back to fix it again fornthe 3rd time... posted on a different thread... but here are the pictures again showing the POST-REPAIR work. Totally disappointed. But the good news is that the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, offer to re-fix that right away... i want go wait a few months once the technician can practice their techniques on other recalled trucks first. Noticeablely, the heat tint is just wild and unacceptable!

What VIN range are you in? I’m in VIN 2800 range and no problems with cantrails at all since delivery March 2024. Not going to SC either if they come back looking like the photos on this thread. Heck no.

That last repair is just bad. That dark mark is where the weld for the connection post burned hot enough to discolor the exterior - that better not be common no acceptable in Tesla's mind

Yikes! I'm surprised the SC allowed your truck to be picked up with that poor installation.

The service center did apologize and ask me to create another repair ticket. Just for the full story, I brought the truck back twice for the cantrail issue... BEFORE this recall. The first time to fix the cantrail alignment issue... the second time to fix a noise issue due to a tie fit cantrail on another side... then that same cantrail began. To loosen up over the next 6 months... triggering the 3rd repair... and while that happened. The recall notice came out. Then my truck sat in the service center for 2 weeks, because they ordered the wrong side of the cantrail. Again, the ppl in the SC was extremely nice and informative, so, I can't give them a bad rating. They gave me a special loaner, and text me every 2 days with status update. If without the nice ppl in the service team, I can't see myself buying another Tesla or recommend it to other open minded friends.

This is THE primary issue with Tesla: their service quality (sometimes) and lack of communication and organization. It's not uncommon to have to go back 2 times to get something fixed. AND, the fact that some service centers allow really poor repair work to be given back to the owner is just shocking. Clearly, they don't QA the repair before the tech says "it's done."

To be fair, I've only had to repeat a repair on my Model Y once (I owned it from 2020 - 2024). But the Cybertruck? I've gone back 4 times (4th time will be in May for the cantrail recall). The first 3 times was due to them not doing the repair correctly.

Let's hope they do my cantrails correctly.

I actually wouldn't mind a little bit of a gap - would be easier to wrap the edges. My PPF wrap doesn't have the contrail edges wrapped because you can't get in there. Vinyl may be doable as it's thinner. Standing proud of adjacent panels? Yeah that looks awful and unacceptable.
