Don’t know where you are but with respect to my service center you catch more flys with honey than vinegar as others have suggested.
Kind of the case just about anywhere I think.

I should have read this sequence first . I didn't think to ask for a loaner when I got the can't rails replaced and the light bar installed. Oh well, next time I'll ask. The experience was great and the repairs were perfect. My wife followed me home and said the left break light was not functioning reliably. Guess I'll get another chance to get a loaner ...

I would be mindful of the repair queue if you dont want the cantrails fixed. I brought my CB in for a vehicle hold alert, and while checking the repair progress through the app, I noticed that the cantrail recall had unexpectedly shown up in the queue. Fortunately, I caught it before it reached the technician and had it removed from the queue.

I always make my appointments for service early in the morning because of the first-come first served loaner policy. I've gotten a loaner 100% of the time.

I had mine done last week with my light bar. They gave me a loaner with mine. Good thing because they did not end up working on mine that day, so I had it for a couple of days. The repair turned out great, but i had to re-warp the Cantrails in black because Stek don't make the white in the same shade anymore. I can see a little bolt bulge on both Cantrails near the front, but it is what it is.

I've been to service once a month every month since January 2025. I've gotten a loaner 95% of the time. Just speak to your service advisor.

On a different note, how did your cantrails come out? I want to wait it out a little before I do mine but hopefully they turned out great and I can do mine ASAP.

Service visit today for adjustments and possibly parts replacement for steering telescope function ( in or out positions).
Cantrail replacement was added to the work order.
Service update says work complete, BUT, we broke something else during service! (Attached)

I just got mine back from cantrail replacement and they broke something and didn’t bother replacing it. I messaged service team when I got home and saw it. What is this part even called? It’s some kind of trim they broke the clips on then just snugged it into place with the door closed.

Assuming that is the rear driver's side door button:

That piece is removed in step 9 of the Cantrail procedure

I had no idea they limited the mileage. I drove to flagstaff and back once from Phoenix in the model x they loaned me and nobody said a word.
First I have ever heard that.
The supercharging on them is also free.
Am I mistaken?
I think there may be a difference between taking a loaner with unlimited miles and taking a “demo” vehicle. Demo vehicles might have limited mileage, understandably.

Is that part of your door opener? It is hard to tell from the photo. But how frustrating! Ugh!

Is it just me, or am I wrong to expect a loaner car for my six figure CyberTruck that needs to have recall work done to it? They stated in my appointment scheduled for the 18th that it won’t be done until the 19th and that no loaner car will be provided, but I am welcome to wait?! When I asked them why I would not be provided a loaner car, they said it’s first come first serve and we may not have one. Am I missing something?!
It is first come first served by policy. I have been told that many times and I live about an hour from the SC so an Uber credit doesn’t cover that. I have 2 things that may be worth trying: (1) change your appointment time to when they first open and tell them it is because they ‘need’ your truck for more than a day and you will need a car, and (2) I always have to take my dogs with me and they always ‘find’ a car for me even if I say I will wait. I don’t think that they think about how much you paid for the car so that probably isn’t a good argument. Anyway, when you average the price of all Tesla vehicles the difference in price from the average probably isn’t that much.
