Hmm, well that’s what a AT is for, to do it all. Personally I don’t give a F if I never take my truck off road I’m still going AT for the beeeeef side wall.
So Goodyear gave me credit of $800 from the lack of miles towards a new set of tires.

Nice! That’s almost 2 tires worth! Get the KOs then for sure. They look good and will last longer then the stocks.

That combo looks amazing. Have a link to the rims?

Have you tested the hold on the bead lockers yet?

Thank you! I have them mounted as a standard wheel at the moment. Not as beadlock.

Doesn't anyone care about how competently tires stop and corner anymore? How well they grip when you need as much as you can get? There are large differences between different tires and different tires have strengths and weaknesses in different climates.

It seems everyone just talks about how they "look" and how long the tread lasts.

And people nowdays seem to think how quickly a vehicle can scrub speed in an emergency is a function of the brakes, not the tires. Have people lost their minds? I'm thinking this change is caused by people who learned to drive with anti-lock brakes, who have never had to modulate a brake pedal manually and feel the limits of traction. Does no one test the limits of their vehicle's performance anymore? Why do aesthetics seem more important than how they actually impact vehicle performance?

When did a vehicle's looks become more important than driving? I missed that memo.

Tire reviews are another tool the industry uses to sell you stuff. They are only applicable to the vehicle they tested the tires on and only if the reviewers are being fair and unbiased (which is not the case a surprisingly amount of the time).

There is no one best All-Terrain tire for every vehicle and every use case, regardless of what the reviews want you to think.
