When I measured my feeds it never went above 50v and I’ve powered my Starlink mini for about 1 year with roof feed. That’s alll I know
Yah, it's the end case that causes concern (but 58V is probably fine since the first stage converter is a 75V part and other power input components are likely 60V +)

You are using the river 2 pro solar input to charge it on 48V I take it? The spec is a little unclear, says 13A 11-50V, 220W so I guess it uses only a max of 220W i.e. at 48V that is 4.5A. The 48V feed is good for 400W and the Starlink is just 60W so you're not overloading anything by sharing/splitting between these two.

Where are you planning to put the starlink? If on a roof rack would the roof power feed not be easier?
Mongo hit the nail on the head. Have the oem bar up there and just want to leave that feed alone.
My Starlink is on my dashboard but it is problematic on usb-c power which I also use for other things. In my last car I ran a dc cable from the river 2 into the cabin to power it but I think that’s unnecessarily complicated and inefficient if they can share the feed.
I set it up that way before I knew the frunk feed works during charging and pretty much whenever. Though it does seemingly randomly turn itself off every once in a while without any rhyme or reason.
I have made myself crazy trying to figure out why as has @CT_AZ_4x4
Still no answer to that one…
Mongo?

I power both my Starlink and my light bar off 48vdc roof feed I put a water proof switch in both of them so I can manually switch between the two same powefeel parallel or run them both same time. My light bar is 300 watt Starlink mini is 60 watt so max roof power feed is 400 watt

Do you have photos of your setup?

Yes, but does it have an information wire and is it controlled by the screen? Probably not an issue but the Oem experience is so seamless, why not just use the frunk in my case?

I have a fridge in my frunk so my drink feed is already a maximum use case

Totally. I had an aftermarket bar initially on mine too and it was awesome. Much brighter in fact.
That said, I went to a lot of expense and effort to make it fully integrated and oem so trying to preserve that experience as much as possible.
Was it worth it? Kind of for me. I wanted one since I first saw the beast bar.

What fridge uses more than about 60-80w but still fits in the frunk?

Cool. My ICECO go 20 frustratingly doesn’t clear the frunk lid by about half an inch in the front corner
