Lol so you really just bought a CT because it's shiny? My favorite car growing up was a hummer, looks only ever followed function.

I'm curious how many people here are like you and would buy the CT even if it didn't have durable stainless steel body panels, steer by wire, 4wheel steering, FSD, 48V architecture, the locking Tonneau that can hold 300lbs, 90 degree rear door openings etc.
SBW, 4wheel steering, 48V were not even advertised on the CT at launch. The looks/range/price is what generated all of the pre-orders.

The 48v isn't a benefit to anyone outside of Tesla, but the rest are all what makes the truck awesome now.

The looks are polarizing and has enticed some to make the purchase and drove others away all together.

I bought the Cybertruck because it was supposed to have 500 mile range and replace my FJ as the ultimate overlanding vehicle. Tesla did not deliver that. I went through with purchase despite that shortcoming in part because of aesthetics.

I’ve never purchased a car without considering it’s aesthetics. Never. Nor will I ever.

I can see both sides of this counselor. In our price bracket, no doubt aesthetics is a key driver of the decision. Anyone who refuses to acknowledge that is either lying to themselves or to the person they are asking for permission from to buy the car😁
That said, I’m not sure the Corolla is the best selling car of all time due to the extreme sexiness of the design.

Look at her though, she’s wants it. He’s getting some with or without the Corolla.
I'm starting to see the influence of the "informative articles"
