It would have been a bitch, but I likely would have got 'er done. It generally doesn't matter if you think you can, or if you think you can't, you are generally correct in both instances. When you have a seemingly unsurmountable obstacle, look for ways to change the odds in your favor. In the case of an inside puncture on a Model 3 I would look for undulations in the ground so I could move the vehicle to a more favorable position. Also, a flat rock could be used under the flat tire to provide more working room. Then picking the most advantageous position to lie down for the best leverage. It could help to inflate the tire first (assuming your inflator can pump faster than the leak). Solving a difficult challenge might take a lot out of you, you might get really dirty/wet, but I find it more rewarding to figure out how to make it happen than by giving up.On the flat on my Model 3 a couple years back I was unable to plug the tire with the wheel still on the car... the puncture was towards the inside of the tire and there wasn't enough clearance. I had to remove the wheel before I could successfully plug the tire.
Of course the Cybertruck doesn't really have a clearance problem (with it's generous wheel wells and air suspension).
