I’m not aware of anyway to check on current estimates beyond going to the order page and adding your zip code to see what the new order estimate is.

When it gets closer the app will update with more info. We are still a long ways from June so I would just forget about it for now. They will eventually assign a VIN then you know something is happening.

These parts are all likely leftovers from the canceled RWD trim, just paired with a front motor this go round.

Am I reading the fine print on this page correctly, which appears to indicate that the new AWD trim is not eligible for referral discounts?

This screenshot is from before the discount was disabled, as @Alpine mentioned. Also before deliveries became Sept-Oct. Discount worked for existing owners as well.

I was able to place an order yesterday evening around 8pm est and get $1000 off using a referral. It appears I got in just under the wire for the extra discount. It really helped to effectively cut the destination fee in half.

Just took my first demo drive in the CT today. All I gotta say is, I didn't want to bring it back to the dealer! Wow!!!!!!! This sealed the deal if there was any doubt. Already had an order placed, but felt it necessary to see what my 60k was buying me. As a current Jeep Gladiator owner this thing is incredible and checks all the boxes of why I wanted a change of vehicle.

Side note - drove prob 20mins in Chill mode then decided to try out Sport! Yikes! Also the FSD is incredible, I can see this being great for road trips, etc.

I'm not a lawyer, didn't even stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

Grok says I'm wrong and it's the order date (which is the safest metric if you are placing an order and want to opt out). Along with potentially having additional opt out clauses on later documents .

Spoiler: my original thoughts

I think the 30 day clock doesn't start until receipt (and acceptance? ) of the final pricing sheet. Before that, the Order agreement isn't complete. Acceptance of the final pricing sheet may be when one pays for the vehicle.

Order agreement:
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days after signing this Agreement by sending a letter to: Tesla, Inc.; P.O. Box 15430; Fremont, CA 94539-7970, stating your name, Order Number or Vehicle Identification Number, and intent to opt out of the arbitration provision. If you do not opt out, this agreement to arbitrate overrides any different arbitration agreement between us, including any arbitration agreement in a lease or finance contract.

Documentation.
Your Motor Vehicle Order Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made up of the following documents:
1. Vehicle Configuration: The Vehicle Configuration describes the vehicle that you configured and ordered, including pricing (excluding taxes and official or government fees).
2. Final Price Sheet: The Final Price Sheet will be provided to you as your delivery date nears. It will include final pricing based on your final Vehicle Configuration and will include taxes and official or governmental fees.
3. Terms & Conditions: These Terms & Conditions are effective as of the date you place your order and make your Order Fee (the "Order Date").
