It's a bull bar. I'm excited that it is here, but I'm not sure when I'll get it installed. There doesn't seem to be an installation guide available. I think I've identified the purpose of all of the parts, but I can't be sure. There are some spacers(?) and press fit sleeves(?) that might need some explanation.

Including a photo of a Robot Hooker for plausible deniability:

Ok so I realized you and I have a very very different definition of a robot hooker.

Which bumper did you buy?

Does this provide any help? https://unpluggedperformance.com/in...sla-cybertruck-up-invincible-hd-front-bumper/ I know it's their bumper but maybe the mounting points might shed some light.
Step 28 helps as the bumper mounts are part of the kit. It gives me the torque and subsequent steps help explain the extra holes on the mounts that aren't used for the bull bar.

There are just a few parts that I'm uncertain about. Let me get some photos and share my theories on what they are.

Here are the parts in question:

Given the gap between the bull bar and the bumper mounts the shims must go here, and the hole pattern is perfect to fit the roll pins that should keep them in place while mounting:

The large metal sleeve seems like press-fit candidate for the larger hole on the forward end of the bumper mount. The powder coating prevents it from sliding in, but a hammer should fix that. It's the right length for the job and fits the mounting bolt.

Things are progressing nicely up to this point.

However, I'm reinstalling the bumper and the UP bumper mount prevents the OEM bumper from sliding back into place.

I'm wondering if I received the wrong part, but frankly I don't really care. I'm not afraid to cut some plastic.

@Pixelgeist How did it come out? Did you get it with the light bar?

I put their bumper on last year and my bull bar is finally getting delivered this week. I'm looking forward to some protection up front. I assumed with just the bull bar you wouldn't have to remove the bumper, but damn, it's looking like you had a project. I love their bumper, but next time I'm finding a paid route for the install..
