BEST STOCK TIRE PRESSURE

I've got the original stock Pirelli 285/65R20 116H XL BSW tire on my AWD. Tesla call for air pressure setting at 50. Pirelli web site call for maximum load pressure of 51. I've read somewhere on this site that the best air pressure should be between 10 and 15% of maximum rated pressure. Sounds strange. You read so many different experiences with tire wear on this site, it gets confusing. Thanks.

That's only for the Goodyear Wrangler Territory RT all terrain tires.
Perelli all seasons stay at 50.

Short answer is 50psi is extremely close to perfect for these.

My experience : 54 too hard, 52 not quite soft enough, 50 perfect, 48 not quite hard enough 46 too soft. This from taking a nail in one, repairing it, and having the repair leak 5-10 PSI a day until I got it sealed correctly. Pirelli cores.
