Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have any experience with the MARS Expedition molle panels that attach to the rearmost mounting points and hang on the sides of the truck or their roof rack system? I'm comparing options, and for that style, it looks like my options are MARS, Unplugged Performance, Temu, or random sellers on ebay/Walmart.

Thanks in advance!

I went with San Hima rack for $1,366. Most cross bows and highest weight carrying rating. Very solid, I use as a contractor rack.

Have you looked at Urander?

The weight capacity while driving is limited to Cybertruck spec - rack weight. Their 1,100 number is for stationary use and I'm not sure the basis for it.

Our MOLLE rack with Unplugged Performance Molle side sail panels
I also metal-smithed my Unplugged Performance Molle side sail panels to work with my Urander rack 2.0, to provide more area for Molle-paneling stuff to the truck.

Unfortunately, you can buy that same rack with the exposed carriage bolts on Temu for $369 I think.

I've found hanging extra stuff on the outside of the truck just adds drag, why we discontinued our Molle Rack. Kind of looks cool like an AR15 loaded up Terminator style, if I had to choose one the Mars IMHO.

Our MOLLE rack with Unplugged Performance Molle side sail panels
With the Urander awning and a lockbox attached. The lockbox has a tactical Gerber axe and a CrazyBeaver shovel. The Urander rack’s cubbies hide a power supply and router for my Starlink high performance dish and miscellaneous gear. On the underside of the Urander rack is an 8 gallon Waterport container, a Milwaukee Packout radio with 8 speakers, a fire extinguisher, and a Bluetti Apex300 solar generator that ties to a 200 watt solar panel that serves double duty as a wind deflector for a Mars RTT. The frunk has solar panels that feed a Li-ion 500 amp battery that then feeds my front bumper Warn winch housed in a TSportline front bumper. The Li-ion also feeds my center console fridge. The rear bumper is from CybertruckCo with the swing-away full-sized spare tire.

Sounds interesting. Can you post more pictures of your setup?
