94k for a 2024 when you can get a brand new for 100k. Very smart bidder
2024 with 11000 miles 🤦‍♂️. Who knows how the previous owner used/ misused it. Smart bidder indeed.
Or a lazy one who didn’t want to invest the time into researching wheels or wraps.

WHat does a better gap at that joint look like?
@Cyberbro - Congrats!!

Just curious, how do you guys know your CT is on the lot? Does someone from the sales team call you to let you know it's arrived or does the app tell you? Or, are you stalking the SC every day after it's "in transit"?
I drive over and look, but only after waiting days and days of in transit on the app :)

very rare packing mistake for the L tracks, foam should cover both ends.
The cardboard Tesla decided to use to ship the L-Tracks is VERY cheap. It's a single wall corrugated cardboard offering little to no structural integrity. Several users have been having issues.

I submitted my return request, I received a return label with no offer or mention of a replacement despite me submitting photos of them being damaged and the condition of the box. I was told I would have to purchase a box from ULINE or elsewhere in order to return the item back to them. They said they are unable to send me a shipping box nor did they offer for me to keep the item and refund the purchase amount. They went on to say that I can contact UPS and claim the package was damaged by them so I can seek some sort of credit. Excuse me, but that isn't my job! I attempted to rig up additional pieces of cardboard I had lying around the house to see if I can seal both edges that were open but again, the box is sooooo soft and malleable that It just doesn't take. Not even the 3M scotch tape wants to take to the box. I'm telling you guys, the box is thrash.

I suggested for them to ship me a replacement set of L-Tracks and hopefully that box arrives in better condition and I can use it to ship the damaged bars back to them. Waiting to hear back.

You guys got me nervous so I decide to check out mine that I've had in the garage for a few weeks. Fortunately my box was in pretty good shape on the outside and after inspection I noticed each of the ends had a slight dent in the aluminum. I'm sure the carriers drop these on their ends and it dents the aluminum. Most likely not noticable when installed, but Tesla should add an inch of the white foam at each end to cushion and protect. This would prevent the rails from cutting through the thin box and prevent further damage. SMH.

Ups will only deal with the sender on damaged items. You're not their customer and they will tell you to contact shipping party.

If you guys are like most truck owners, you will get very little use of the L track. Having that in mind and the shipping damage rate, hold off till you can go into a tesla parts counter and order 1.
I agree with this. For those that haven't ordered yet, Just wait to buy it in person

Not a bad idea. How do you know when you can buy it in person, just call and ask?
