I also ordered the @TWRAPS Satin Meteorite Gray PPF, but that’s a Labor Day DIY project.

TIP: Apply early morning or late afternoon when the SS is cool. I applied mine early in the morning at a self serve car wash when nobody was around and it was an overcast day.

After spraying on IronX swirl the product around with a rag. It will help minimize streaking on the SS after it's rinsed off. After rinsing it off with the pressure washer I then used the soap injected scrub brush over the entire vehicle followed up by a spot free rinse.

I will post my entire SS cleaning routine soon. I have completed stages 1, 2 and 3. Stage 4 will be the last one.

Lol. I agree. While expensive, they seem well made and built in the USA. As for the covers, there was a promotion when I ordered and they were free

I would suggest to do it early morning or late evening. You don't want this stuff drying on any of yours panels including plastic trimming. I don't purposely spray the plastic trims, whatever does hit is more of an overspray which I didn't find to be a big deal as the plastics are wet.

I washed the car first with pH neutral soap and rinsed with water.

The instructions for Ironx call for 3-5 minutes. I would say, I didn't wait 5 minutes this morning. I also worked the front and rear separately and each side of the car at a time. The sun was coming out and getting a bit stronger and didn't want to risk the product drying up on the body. Remember, because the CT is pretty flat all around, there is only so much water that can be retained on the side panels even after fully saturating it with water.

After you have let it dwell for a few minutes, get a damp rag or microfiber (basically dunk it or saturate it in water and ring it out) and go over the ironx as you would wash the car. Applying slight pressure as you move it around. Then rinse with water and I followed it up again with another wash of pH neutral soap followed by another rinse to make sure the product itself was fully off.

One warning on Iron-X, at least the Carpro brand I use.... it stinks! Literally. Even a week or 2 after I finish a car, I can still smell it in the driveway. Be prepared to throw away any microfiber rags you use to rub it on the truck.

You mean those free rags at the vacuum center at the auto car wash?

Just took a 4-hour trip and these sunshades were . Cheap but keeps the sun and glare out. This plus the ceramic tint kept the cabin nice a cool when it was 100 outside.

I’ll be honest thought they were cheesy when I received them but I was wrong.

I had ordered these as well. Was one side reflective? I felt they were cheesy and returned them.

Has anyone tried the ceramic PPF like the stuff DIY wrap club sells for the roof glass? I don’t want to tint the inside of the glass for fear of cracking. But this stuff seems like it would retain the glass roof aesthetic, while providing some radiant heat relief.

Quick update. Did Iron remover. I thought I had destroyed the surface. I was like, heck yeah, this will get me to wrap my truck sooner.

Not sure if you can see all the lines like some runoff. That was after I did the iron remover (Adams), wash, IPA wipe.

I then did the CyberBrite and washed the truck. This stuff works. WOW!!!

Also installed the running boards. Glad I could do it at work where the shops air conditioned.

Just a gripe. Got an alert my Tonneau didn’t close all the way. I opened controls and hit close but there’s no feedback that it’s closing. I’ve noticed the doors show when they open and even the tailgate has animation, but the tonneau has none. You also can’t check remotely with a camera to see that it’s closed or not. No idea why this is the case In The Tesla app.
