I was regretting not using my stock ownership to place an order but I just got my invite yesterday. Now I'm trying to figure out if I want to get the Cybertruck or the Cyberbeast and how long it takes to get it.
The day after I posted this I received an invite. I decided to order the AWD because I want to get it as soon as possible.

I still have my stock because I never sell stock and I will buy more Tesla shares to add to my account. I keep everything for my wife who's a lot younger than me. That way I'll avoid paying capital gains tax.

Update from a fellow Long-term Shareholder. I got a Vin 51 days post order a few days ago. AWD. I have no idea of if it helped. No communication from Tesla beyond the standard VIN release.

My Tesla Shareholder preferences page suddenly no longer indicated I was a LTS. I submitted that documentation weeks ago, and everything looked good. Today it made uploading of verification documentation available… again?! Wonder what’s up with that.

I’m 11307xxxx, still waiting on invite…

Thanks. I did vote already, earlier in the week, and I agree it’s a good opportunity to participate. However, I’m unclear on how the quarterly Shareholder meeting has anything to do with my previously approved LTS status (for supposedly “early CT delivery”) that seems to have disappeared.

And BTW, the proof of stock ownership did change. Now it asked for documentation as of April 15th, instead of a February 29th statement like before. The mysteries of Tesla never cease to intrigue…

I had already received the invitation and ordered my Foundation Series AWD before I signed up.
just hoping to get my VIN assignment accelerated.
what’s interesting is now my shareholder preferences have me signed up for a different event. No longer shows the long-term shareholders early delivery event.

Maybe if someone was just submitting since they re-enabled the submission they took the April 15th date but if the documents were submitted on or before March 22nd they used the Feb 29th date? Just a guess. If they wanted us to start over again the right thing to do would be to send us an email. Since I didn’t get one I am assuming my guess above is true.

Hello everyone! I just received my VIN 2 months after ordering the cybertruck. I submitted the shareholder documentation previously for early delivery, this might be the reason for receiving my VIN. (Invitation received and order made on the 2nd of March)

I’m probably overthinking it because I’m going bananas (and driving my wife crazy) waiting for my invite. I was verified as LTS back in March. Time passes. Wait patiently….

And to think waiting for the invite is killing me, next I have wait for VIN, then wait for actual delivery!! OMG!! I need to get my head out of the game…LOL.

It seems like they reset the whole portal thing and there is bugs, glitches, etc, but they reset it because it seems like every month people who didn’t verify through say must verify manually monthly to prove they are a shareholder just for other Tesla event and voting, etc

Tesla should already have list with email of people who submitted documents for feb 2021 and feb 2024. So as long as you submitted those documents when you got email you should be good and waiting for your turn via batches. I don’t know. That’s my interpretation.

Hi Norm.
I think they will verify my shares. Then I'll get another email... with further instructions..
