All these deliveries happening now for configs in Dec/Jan leads me to believe the ramp is going slower than expected by at least 3-4 weeks.

Don’t hold your breath for June. If you have not ordered already there is pretty much no chance you’ll take delivery in June unless maybe you live in Austin or nearby.
