Exactly! I just love the way it looks. I bought bunch of stuff like IronX, Bar Keeper Blah, etc. etc. and have yet to even open any of those. I just drive it thru a touchless car as needed and clean the interior with ONR solution (I like the inside to be spotless), but have 0 issues with fingerprints or anything else. I find it so much easier to maintain than my black Model S.The point of stainless steel is you don't need to keep it clean. Dirty is the new sexy
I have a bird poop stain that wont go away. The manual might be right and it can cause lasting damage. I have not given up yet though, there might be a product or method to clean it. I plan on wrapping eventually to make it easier to hide when it is dirty, because historically I only wash my cars once a year. The point of stainless steel is you don't need to keep it clean. I agree. I spend less and less time obsessively cleaning my vehicles as I get older. Not sure why. I guess I just prefer driving/riding them. The Motortrend assumption that “SS is a nightmare to keep clean” might or might not be a fact, but it is predicated on an assumption that the owner cares. That invalidates the score (on that point) for me. FWIW, I have yet to wash mine. ?The point of stainless steel is you don't need to keep it clean. Dirty is the new sexy
Motortrend is actually one of the few publications that gets early access to Teslas. They got the Model S Plaid and took it to the drag strip. They also got the Model 3 refresh months before anyone else in the US.Motortrend still foul Tesla won't give them a tester for free.
Sure but they did not get the Cybertruck and they were cranky about it.Motortrend is actually one of the few publications that gets early access to Teslas. They got the Model S Plaid and took it to the drag strip. They also got the Model 3 refresh months before anyone else in the US.
