I’m getting about 1% drain every 3-4 hours while parked.
- Sentry Mode OFF
- Cabin Overheat OFF

Any other setting that I can adjust to reduce the drain while parked?

Thanks!

Tesla claims an update is coming to reduce vampire drain.

My R1T was losing 4-5 miles per day when new but numerous updates have made it better. The refreshed 2025 R1T claims to have the lowest vampire drain of any BEV currently for sale.

Same here. Just got back and I lost a little over 60 miles over 7 days. I had cabin overheat on.

Interesting. I have had my teslas sit for 7-10 days while on vacation and MAYBE lose .5% if that (so little drain, I couldn’t even distinguish). Gotta think CT will be there soon.

I’m recently seeing the app starts showing my Cybertruck being asleep for X hours when parked overnight.
In the meantime, the phantom drain seems to be greatly reduced.

This is the case for me...I turned off Sentry and Cabin. I am not sure if there is a "power" function to turn the truck off completely. I left my truck at my friend's place while I was away, and it's draining...I don't know if I am going to have enough juice to take it home or to the charging station.

I’m new to this EV thing, and we picked up our truck June 1st. So forgive my ignorance if this is incorrect.

My understanding is we’re to leave it plugged in (assuming home charger) when not driving it?

Ah, just dawned on me! You mat be charging at Superchargers instead of home charger?

How are you determining this? How often are you checking it?

Are you using any third party applications?

That's even worse than I had guessed in the other thread: 350 Watts of constant drain, or 8.4 kW-hr/day. My 4100 sf. house only uses about 3X that on average, so this is really a big issue.

I feel you, 652 miles driven with 507kWh consumed, 268kWh used while driving.

Maybe with the older Teslas but new models should not be plugged in all the time. I charge mine once it drains to 20% (once a week). Battery memory.

As a fine point. I set the limit to 60% when I keep it plugged it. But since I have free supercharging for life and it is 2 miles away all charging is there. Awful for the battery but so what!
