I’ve had ridiculous vampire drain on my truck since delivery in early February. Charged to 80% by am and down to 77% by 10:30 am and so on.

I opened a service request and Tesla confirmed it’s a known firmware issue with no further explanation of timing of fix etc.

Did this update arrive? We are in or done or end of Q2. My battery is draining and I keep turning off Sentry mode.

First try turning Sentry mode and Cabin overheat off, completely. Not just while at home.
Do you have any third part apps talking to eh vehicle?
How often do you check the battery state?

They are off.
No third party app - I don't even know what they are at this point.
I check last night and this morning and saw 2% gone.
I am thinking this is gonna be part of the beast (which I love driving).

Really? Something like 1% every six hours? That's 1.23 kW-hr in 6 hours = 200 Watts of constant drain. That's completely nuts: I have to think there is an issue that needs to be fixed.

I am hoping CT and TEsla will heal itself with updates. What is the point of climate control and sentry mode I can't use them freely.

Phantom drain is monitored by the engineers., expect updates to optimize it.

I've had my AWD for 2 weeks, and just got my240v installed.
I'm in Vegas, and it is over 100 here most of the day right now.
I have to park in the driveway in the sun, and I keep Cabin Overheat set to 90 and have Sentry mode on.
Overnight I lost just under 1/2% per hour.
Monitoring to see if it goes up during the day.

Parking outside and using Sentry and cabin protection I knew I'd have some loss, but keeping the thing cool and protected is worth it. But still seems high.

So that is between 600-650 watts per hour constant drain.
Like leaving 6 really bright old timey incandescent bulbs running.
Seems a bit high.

I'd HIGHLY recommend turning cabin overheat off. It's not really needed, and it can be expensive.

If you want to have the vehicle cooled, just turn on the climate system a few minutes before you leave.

I'm in the South and I've learned over the years, open the door, give little time for the hot air to escape and then get in, the vehicle should be cool in less than a minute.

Cars and trucks are built to take the temperatures, did you do this for your other vehicles?
Big difference with the Cybertruck is that the AC comes on, full blast in about 15 seconds after you open the door or turn the system on.
ICE vehicles turn the blowers on, but they put out warm air until you get up to speed and the compressor can kick in and start cooling, that's often 5 minutes.

Teslas? COLD air in 15 seconds.

I have not tried the scheduling function, that can be handy to turn on the ac a few minutes before you get to your car. OR, use the app to turn on the ac while you are walking to the car.

Sentry mode - this one gets me..I want it on all the time.

You can say that again; about 5.7 MW-hr per year and the equivalent of driving the CT almost 16000 miles (assuming advertised range of 340 miles). This alone makes it a very wasteful and climate-unfriendly vehicle.... using an alarming amount of energy just for existing. I hope they can fix this.
