I see so much hate for the CyberTruck on the internet, thought I'd do a simple poll.

Are you satisfied with you Cybertruck purchase?

There seems to be an endless stream of Cybertruck haters on the internet, including publications like Jalopnik and others. Even on this forum there seems to be a lot of dissatisfaction. So I thought I would do a simple poll.
I’ve had it 4 days and only 1 of the 50 people who have commented on the CT-Beast didn’t like it. Very pleased so far. The wipers could be more responsive to rain.

That's the Tesla AI version of auto wipers on all models. They haven't worked right since they got rid of the sensor and went to vision

I noticed the same thing. I thing they are pretty much paid trolls or they want the clicks. I have a good friend who has a very popular YT on gun reviews and he was saying he gets great $$ offers to either trash talk or give a great review. I know my CT is the most fun vehicle i have ever had. Its a space ship
Nobody will pay him to give a good Cybertruck review, for sure not Tesla.

The question is, who will pay Youtubers to trash talk Tesla? Follow the money. It's so distasteful to lie and deceive for money. That's why I always close the window when I realize a Youtuber is trash-talking Tesla. Not because I can't stand to hear negative opinions (trash talking is not discussing real issues rationally) but because closing the video early on helps cause the algorithm to not recommend the video to others and makes it more difficult for the Youtuber to monetize successfully. If we all refused to watch such videos, the effect could be enormous.

I'm enjoying the CT a lot. I tend to ignore the haters. What bothers me more are the fanatics that ignore reality and insist everything Tesla does is perfect and the best.
Those people don't exist, you just made that up.

Nobody believes everything Tesla does is perfect. It's ridiculous when you think about it.

I’m not saying the EV will replace the combustion engine, just pointing out that the times change.
You're not saying the EV will replace the combustion engine?

Cheaper and better will always replace more expensive and worse.

EVs are already better than ICE and that will only improve with more fast charging infrastructure for those who need more range than 300-400 miles.

As to cost, EVs have a declining cost curve. The results are not a mystery. Elon's focus on working hard to increase manufacturing efficiency is paying huge dividends. For example, the best-selling car in the world last year was an EV, and it's on track to do it again this year.

Make no mistake, EVs will replace ICE, and they will do it so fast it will make your head spin. We are just starting to enter the steep part of the adoption curve.

I'm not saying there will be zero ICE vehicles in our lifetime, I mean you can still find B&W TVs, steam engines, people riding horses down the highway, and I'm sure there are still flip phones out there. But cheaper/better will always win.

You are certainly one of the people I am referring to. Anyone can look at your post history and see nothing but blindly positive feedback on Tesla, and fierce rebuttals on anything critical. I know that's heavily influenced by the fact that you're a shareholder. A few of your posts even read like a brochure that you made with AI.

But it's your right to post whatever you like, just like anyone else.

I use publically available data, common sense and critical thinking to come up with the perspectives I post. Just because you find them strangely compelling doesn't mean I used AI to create them. There is still some actual human intelligence left!

I wouldn't say I find all of them strangely compelling, but this response was rather excellent. Respect.

Please do. Read the article. They added vehicles that weren't available last year.

I guess the Cybertruck doesn't count then? Is this your argument?

They have doubled the availability of one, while introducing another,

There just isn't anything magical here.

If you only look at the new stuff, yeah, they're selling more. But they made more.

And they're barely selling more than Tesla S/X among four ev models.
