I don't take delivery until next Tuesday (7/23), but I was actually wondering if the same thing will happen to me!

I have LIVED on this site for the last 3-ish years checking incredibly often, and even more so as I get closer to my delivery; However, I am already anticipating that once I receive my truck my readership might decline quite a bit.

Mine absolutely went down after delivery, haha!! Especially as my CT AWD has been mostly trouble free.

I had the wiper motor failure. The SC just replaced that, the wiper arm/blade, and the sail appliques. Now everything works great.

I pop on here to see what's what with Tesla Shop accessories (can't wait to spend my $2,500 haha!!) and to see if there are any rumors about FSD.

I know that once my voucher is spent and FSD is activated, I will definitely fade away.

It happened at TMC with my 2020 MYLRs. They have been perfect for four years now. So not much for me to comment on. And, as new features were introduced (laminated glass, updated interior, HW4, comfort suspension, etc) I had nothing to add for those having issues with those items.

And, TBH, I wasn't that interested in hearing about all the cool updates that would never apply to me, haha!!

Got my truck in June but still check here every day. I would’ve never known about the sail or wiper recalls if I hadn’t. It’s also still fun seeing what other people have done to their cars here and I also still check this site as I’m curious about new accessories and such that come out which are often posted here

Same as most others…I was on the board nonstop for the last year, took delivery, and sorta fell off as far as digging into the depths of the board. After taking delivery, I narrowed down searches to specific topics (cleaning, sealing, etc) versus the entire CT universe of info. I still jump on daily and check what new accessories and shit have come out or are coming soon like @Demonvial, as it seems to be the first place the vendors are posting (rightfully so).
Also shifted gears to providing HELPFUL, COMPLETE information to others who are asking for it as they approach delivery or are new to ownership. Total PITA trying to find something very specific with actual, useful information, and it’s a huge help to have someone answer directly and provide photos, etc to supplement.

Going in 2 months of ownership now and actually on the site just as much. Learning how to clean, seeing cool ppf wrap ideas, and keeping up on repair costs or updates etc will keep you coming back.

Probably multi factors why the activity here has slowed.

-Most/all of the FUD spreaders are gone now that their claims have been debunked.
-Many folks cancelled their order due to price increase and left the forum.
-Many folks are waiting for the non-FS and have no reason to post right now.
-Many folks are just now enjoying their truck and not posting,

Just the opposite! I discovered this forum after I got my truck, kind of like every car forum I've ever been on.

I didn't think I would even get one-- my reservation was 2021 and I really wanted the Ram ev with the generator on board. Ramboxes are the shiz! Found a rivian with 3k miles about the time my number was called.

Then my buddy let me drive his and I was screwed. I have FSD on my MS, light years ahead of the competition. Reserved and delivered in about 8 days, one day after a big birthday. Here every day since.

I’m a #3 just patiently waiting for my non-FS, but still watching the forum for more aftermarket items to come out, especially a near matching weather resistant shell with locking rear hatch as I need more room in back to carry large cargo on the weekends.

My attendance here has tanked also. Not because of delivery, but I think it's because that as soon as release happened the site started selling forum sponsorship, ads are still next level, and the number of "SALE SALE SALE" posts have me looking elsewhere ?

Don't get me wrong, I love the after market products! But I don't love the direct sales on an owner's club....
