Haven't received my PowerShare Voucher

I've called countless times over the months. I was told to open a service visit asking for the voucher. That "visit" has been open for 10 weeks and they just say they keep reaching out to the appropriate team and for me to wait. I think the issue in my case is that for better or worse I got one of the first trucks. At the time they were completely unorganized and the voucher instead of powershare didn't even exist yet. So I feel that I've essentially been forgotten. No one at Tesla can seem to help. I'm essentially screwed out of the $2,500

I took delivery a week ago. I thought I never received it but searched my junk inbox and found it was sent a minute after I signed the paperwork. Just check all inboxes to make sure it didn't get lost.
The subject was also not the clearest.

Took me about 3 months to get it. Was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone regarding it. Finally talked to someone at my local SC, then 2 days later it arrived. Not sure if that was a coincidence or not.

Strange, when we pick up our CT I didn’t left Tesla service and got email with my voucher.
Problem you can’t buy anything … everything is out of stock ?

Haven’t gotten the voucher email since getting the truck on 6/22. I need to get a couple wall chargers but I’m in no rush since qmerit won’t get back to me either.

Contact Qmerit directly. They will ask for additional info like your vin and verify that you qualify. Then start the process.

search for emailbox from QMERIT, somehow I got that email , went to junk and there was no mention of any Tesla affiliation, I thought these are like another 1000 vendors trying to contact me. Then replied with the information they needed and in 1 month process got 2500 $ voucher

Took delivery two weeks ago, haven’t received anything. Searched email folders for QMERIT as mentioned but nada.

Have you tried sending an email to [email protected] ? It takes about a week (I am sure they are overwhelmed with email, but they will respond.

I did this and received answers and when I asked about voucher change (I originally received $700) and getting the $1800 as Tesla is now offering a $2500 if you don't need a Gateway or any equipment.

In the same boat. Got CB on 6/23 and still nothing. Qmerit is has already submitted permits to the city (three weeks ago) so that should be done anytime now and I'll need that hardware. I've tried many times calling and trying different routes by phone, texting a Service Advisor and still nothing.
