Today, while sitting in the driveway but still on WiFi the Beast updated to 2024.26.7. Same day I was having my new Wall Charger 3 installed. Pulled her in, plugged her in and everything looked good but it stopped charging after a few moments and the charger light turned blue. Have played with it to with no luck so with Tesla Support closed I pulled out the Mobile Charger and was forced to plug it in to 120 and it did the SAME thing so it is not the wall charger.

Is there a way to reboot the Trucks computer and see if that clears up the problem...I am in sort of a bind without being able to charge and would appreciate any help you guys can render. THANKS

Update, powering off, waiting 3 minutes and touching the brake to activate did not work.

Check both the vehicle and in your Tesla App that Scheduled Charging, Departure, Off Peak Charging are all TURNED OFF (for troubleshooting purposes) as they will prevent charging. Don’t ask me how I know this?! ; )

Press and hold both scroll wheels until the screen resets.
Can also try Controls > Safety > Power Off

In the truck, what is The battery status show with the charger plugged-in?

Can you check this at friends place using 120v and see if it does the same. That way you know the wiring in the garage is not messed up after the wall charger installation. Also see if you can check at a supercharger.

Thanks, tried that...Although I have the schedule turned off it is hard rooted in our Tesla Energy to charge at Midnight when it is free...I am going to turn the scheduling back on and see what happens over night before I super panic in the morning..Will drive it to a Supercharger to see what happens. Right now it is sitting in Blue Light waiting mode.

I have gone ahead and rescheduled for midnight to see if that might wake things up. It might, JUST might be our Tesla energy subscription service. I have not tried to charge it "off hours" since we subscribed...but you would think you could override that...long shot.

Hopefully that’s what is holding up the charging. One thing I found is that if you have multiple drivers, each driver can have slightly different charging settings which can really make it confusing on what is overriding what. You would think that changing on one user app, it would update the others- NOT!

I will hit a Supercharger tomorrow if the subscription does not bring it to life, tonight. Getting no errors and it is in Blue Standby mode...thanks for all your suggestions, it is greatly appreciated.

48 Amps seems too high for 240V charging? Try setting it to 32 Amps

I know the wall charger is designed for 48 Amps but I’m wondering if the breaker for it is only a 32 Amp one? Speaking of which, check your breaker

At home I charge from a 240 volt outlet with a 32 Amp breaker and the portable Tesla charging cable

48A is normal for Wall Connector, especially on a Powershare setup. Current generation mobile connectors can only do 32A.
If the WC was misconfigured and the breaker were smaller, then it would trip and the charge port wouldn't turn blue.
If the wiring were undersized, the vehicle would reduce charge current, not fail to charge at all.
