What ever you say bud ?
Right. It’s not made of diamonds, it’s metal and metal scratches. It is scratched. It sucks.

So that didn’t take long. I’ve owned the truck for about 60 days and an upstanding citizen let me know what he thinks of the truck…

I don't know what it was but it penetrated the stainless steel to scratch my truck... it doesn't rub off as easy as a like a finger print does ( that's funny ) the metal was damaged.

Yes, you absolutely can. What do you think subpoenas are for?
Yes, you can't just grab random cell phone data.

Subpoenas have to be narrow in scope.

So, if you subpoena'd one person's location, sure.

Everyone in a cell? Heck no. For a key'd car? Definitely not.

The book for keying a vehicle which is cheaply refinished is not very long.

Stainless is harder than key materials. Couldn't have been much of a scratch.
But I have noticed many new scratches on my two month old CT. My one-year old Model X has zero visible scratches

It's hilarious to me how much confidence you have in this while being so blatantly incorrect. I work in this field. Obviously you do not.

So what do we do in this situation. Call police and file a report?

Like that person here who had a random guy spit on his truck and got caught. The police asked if he would like to press charges. He declined, but I wouldn't have. Do dumb shit, get shit consequences.
Here's a random guy spitting and wiping on mine. He was gone when I got back unfortunately.

Mine had significant gouges at delivery. They were able to buff them out perfectly. Still a shitty thing for this guy to do. On a lighter note, here are some fine upstanding citizens that apparently don't like Cybertrucks. (Sound up)...

Not sure what caused them but they were above left rear tire at delivery. They ended up buffing them out and its now not noticeable at all.
