That specifically says it doesn't apply to the commercial clean vehicle credit.I find my question valid because, if you dig deeper into the commercial credit, it also taps out at 80k for SUV’s, vans and trucks under 14k pounds.
The 6k lbs of more is not the commercial clean vehicle, that is the general EV credit.
Therefore my understand is, purchasing with FSD goes over $80k. Which my question becomes relevant.

...And I really need to get my backspace key fixed. Anyhow, TrittMD's other link applies. There's things the manufacturer has to pass, like having at least four wheels, but Tesla already did it (it's in the popups on the order page).
