I find my question valid because, if you dig deeper into the commercial credit, it also taps out at 80k for SUV’s, vans and trucks under 14k pounds.
The 6k lbs of more is not the commercial clean vehicle, that is the general EV credit.
Therefore my understand is, purchasing with FSD goes over $80k. Which my question becomes relevant.

That specifically says it doesn't apply to the commercial clean vehicle credit.

...And I really need to get my backspace key fixed. Anyhow, TrittMD's other link applies. There's things the manufacturer has to pass, like having at least four wheels, but Tesla already did it (it's in the popups on the order page).

I'm no expert, But, read on that fact that Electronic things like FSD don't count towards the price, So you should be able to get the 7,500 off. I ordered the standard truck 79,995. (91,000) All the extra charges don't count against the Fed Credit... Look for more info

Everyone acts like they got nothing for the $20,000 on the Foundation Series……it was over priced…but there was value. It is not like Tesla reduced the price $20k. You just don’t get the over priced goodies.

Just as expected it's the same price as the foundation series if you break out the options.

Mine came in at 92,000 delivered to NJ, That's 10K less then the FDS model

Yes only options installed by the manufacturer apply towards the MSRP for an eligible vehicle. The Cybertruck is not an eligible vehicle for other reasons.

Yes, but it's $300k modified AGI, not gross.

OK, so i got the invite and configured my CT today. I reserved one at 216,000 in line (November 23rd 2019), and another at about 1,500,000 in line, February 2021. I was able to configure the first one, thank God Almighty. I should be getting it around Christmas? Beyond psyched here.

I think it's some sinister plot to mess with my mind! Somehow they knew my Garage wasn't ready. Now they've got me thinking about running power cords from my Household dryer plug, and parking it in the unfinished garage... Oh the misery!!!

Well, I've made it 3 hours now without caving....

I actually used the electric clothesdryer outlet for a couple of months before I got my Universal Wall Charger installed. It works. Of course.

You might consider getting a 220v adapter for plugging in with the mobile charger. Or the assorted adapter plug pack. If you plan to charge at destination chargers, most are not NACS so you'll need the adapter for that, for sure.
