$2500.00 voucher still a one time buy?

Picked up another Beast today and read the email that was sent shortly after signing paperwork. Wording of this is different from previous purchases. Seems like it is not just a one time use voucher but only needs to be used one year from purchase date. Am I reading this correctly?

NO it is no longer 1 time use. It’s now shop credit use as you but what you don’t use after 1 year is forfeited

Is this a new type of credit or it works that way now for the credits issued in the past few months? I have not used mine yet as it was use once only and couldn’t get anywhere close to spend $2500 on accessories.

I got my truck around 8/12 and went and bought 1 thing not knowing about the 1 time use deal then on hear read about it. I ran down to the center ready to raise hell. The lady said you must of signed the power share thing I found it in my e mail and it stated it was good for a year as many purchases at a time you want , they said they didn’t ever now it changed to multiple use and it must of just changed. So all I know is it changed around that time to a full shop credit to be used as often as you want till it’s gone or a year has passed. I still have like $1800 ?
Now I don’t know if the original people who got there trucks way back when it was a “1 time use” voucher got to change there vouchers to a credit or if they still are just 1 time use vouchers.

My email clearly stated one time use….I tried to go through Tesla and it was futile. I purchased in April and picked up 9/18 Cyberbeast.

I am trying to buy 2 spare tire kits. It's impossible on the store. Out of stock
It's impossible in person. I get text and emails from Tesla saying use app. SC can't get app to work. SC orders. I get email from Tesla saying use app. Yes we get ONE order in 12 months. Good luck. I will lawyer up at 10 months.
