I bought the Spare Tire Kit several months ago. The service center said they were on constraint and not available. Waited months even had the kit come in stock again while I was waiting for mine. Got frustrated and cancelled the order for it and got a refund. I’d rather not have a big ass tire in my bed anyway.

Thanks man! Despite having it on notification I never got the notice so just got into the shop and added up some things and used my voucher! December SC appointment though, smh!

Took a few months for my ordered set to come in but the service center installed it without an appointment. Came complete with cover and all parts, just took a long time.

If I had to do it again I think I would have waited and ordered the winter tire and wheel set and just kept one in the bed held down with a ratchet strap.

While it does take a bunch of space, it's easy to roll out if need be and I just prefer carrying a spare - especially in this behemoth as I'd wager any local tire shop wherever I might find myself won't be carrying this in stock.

Dang it. I've been waiting for that to use my voucher. Went into the app, added the tire and other stuff that was in stock up to the price of the voucher and placed my order. Got the confirmation for everything EXCEPT the tire . Now, I'm trying to figure out what happened. If I'm not getting the tire, I want to cancel everything and get the voucher back. Luckily, I took screen shots on my phone of the entire process so I can show it was in my cart and successfully purchased. You can't get through to a human about store orders on the phone so I'll probably drive over there today to talk to someone and see if we can sort it out.

This happened to another member on here. Everything added up to voucher value, then the order confirmation was missing the big ticket item.

IIRC, the member immediately cancelled the order, emailed Tesla, and Tesla re-issued the voucher.

Use the online web form to submit a refund request. I did this earlier this year and they honored it, gave me a new voucher

If anyone needs a spare I have 1 available, take-offs OEM wheel and all-terrain OEM tires. Less than 300 miles on them. $700 takes it. I'm in San Diego.

The rest of the items just came, spare tire package set for December SC appointment.

Mole Panels, Pet Liner, Cyberstein, Cybervessel or whatever, two HEPA filters for later…
