The first thing I did after I got my Cybertruck home is put a portable air compressor and tire repair plugs, glue, tools and supplies in the vehicle. The second thing I did is check the accessories store repeatedly, morning, noon and night until I was able to order a spare. That spare is now in the truck. All paid for by the credit voucher.

If there is an 0.001% daily chance of getting a flat, it is in fact inevitable that you will get a flat eventually. Prepare for it.

I'm failing to see the connection between you cancelling orders and your current flat tire situation.
Tesla service is not up to par with his expectations so he does not want to buy another vehicle from them.

Well, as it turns out, there is a good ending to this story.
The tow truck finally arrived. We made it to TW and they did in fact have a correct sized tire!
They are installing and balancing it as I write this. And best of all, my hotel reservation was not canceled when I did not show up as planned!
Life is good!
I will make certain that I get a spare to keep in the bed going forward.

And what was the tow trucks response to why it took so long?

Odds are that it was a busy day. Tesla contracts with third parties, like AAA to provide roadside service. IT can be hit or miss as to how busy or how good they can be.

Many people get excellent response from Roadside Service.

Congrats to the OP on getting sorted. We've all been there, it's frustrating waiting endlessly for a tow that may or may not arrive. Glad the service center had tires in stock and are working on getting you going again.

While arranging service can be...ahem...difficult, what I've found is that mobile and service center staff are generally friendly and understanding and usually try to be as helpful as they can be. It doesn't mean we will always agree on whether something should be repaired and how, but they do aim to listen and help.

Also, more often than not I get a loaner if it's more than an hour or two. Last one was an X Plaid.

I'm not aware of any Tesla service centers who own and self dispatch tow trucks. Not sure if you have much experience with tow companies but most of them are utter scumbags.

I am well aware that they use 3rd parties. And, yes, I too have used their in-house mobile tech service, and it was fantastic!
Today was just an ongoing comedy of errors. I did not want to look like a whiner, so I spared you the details.
But, the 1st tow company initially said to could take up to 120 minutes to arrive. At 118 minutes, they texted that it would be another 25-30 minutes.
Eventually, the tow company sent a text to Tesla saying they had arrived. Tesla texted me to confirm. I had never left my CB, and was the ONLY vehicle there.
After that, Tesla texted to tell me another completely different tow company would arrive in 60 minutes.
Then, I received several texts, each one telling me it would be delayed another 60, then 30, then 15 minutes. After all that time expired, I finally was given a number to call the tow company. To say that conversation went well, would be a stretch. The owner gave me the drivers number, so I called him.
Later that driver called to ask where I was! Obviously, like in the child’s game of “telephone”, by the time the data was transferred to him, he was far away. I eventually sent him my exact location when he called me to say he did not see me.
Regardless, my day was shot, and all my appointments were canceled which caused me some issues. But, bottom line, it’s all good now. No worries or complaints.

Why do so many people have multiple orders ? Dude has 4 plus the one he owns ? ? I don’t get that? Also I’m sure they use 3rd party so basically they can only make the call to the tow company then relay to you the time table.

It's always worth checking if there's a tire repair shop close by. If you drive slow and you're not at zero PSI you can make it to repair shop without damaging the wheel or tire.

In my F-150 I got a flat but I couldn't get to the spare because I didn't have the physical key, I was using my phone as a key. Thankfully a shop was able to patch it for $40 and they were three blocks away.

In all honesty, my attorney had told me that he made money on every Tesla he ever purchased, by reselling them after only a few days. I figured I did not have time for such nonsense, but when he told me he made more than he normally makes as a high powered attorney, I thought (and he readily agreed), that I should do the same.
Then, the dreaded no sale within a year clause appeared, then went away, then reappeared (maybe).
Now, I have purchased more than just a few Teslas, and I get that not everyone does, and I’m running my own business, so my situation is probably different than many others.
So, I thought I would get around to buying the others to add to my existing fleet, but after today’s issue, I changed my mind.
Which is not to say I blame Tesla. I understand that they had no control over this, and in fact, if I purchased a spare tire kit, I would have avoided the whole problem altogether.
Regardless, I’m allowed to change my mind.
I still very much enjoy my vehicles, and will probably never go back to ICE. But, I’m not gonna buy any more Teslas either.

Tesla Roadside repair and Tesla Service are two very different departments.
If we're getting into semantics, the lowercase "s" in service covers both (and much more). I wasn't specifically referring to the branded Tesla Service but rather the actual services that Tesla provides.

I've dealt with three tow companies, two were great. I definitely avoid them as much as possible though.
