If it is coolant, a small bubble will be fine and you may not have another issue, but a large one will get worse and you may eventually need a tow.

I had that issue at 200 miles....and it was fine for a week, but then got bad.

I had to get a rear oil pump replaced as well, but semi unrelated.

Also my tonneau is not sealed at all. Like the bed fills with water, buy I'm waiting on weather seal to come in. That's not a big deal IMO

UPDATE #2: ERROR UPON ERRORS

Opened up the service screen. The amount of alerts is almost comical.

Damn! That’s crazy. I’m glad the reset worked and you are still able to drive it until they can figure out what’s wrong.

I’m @ 8k miles. Had this happen @ around 6k miles. While I was showing off exterior features of the truck for about 20 minutes. I got back in afterwards and had this error. Stepped away from vehicle, locked it and returned. Error was gone and roadside/overide notification disappeared. Been fine since.

Had the same thing happen at 1k miles. Hasn’t returned. Currently at 7300 miles.

I bought/picked up the truck, drove it 100 miles home, and got hit with the red screen of death, redundancy failure error, rear steering disabled, can’t put in drive etc as I was pulling into my neighborhood. A tow truck is on the way. Hopefully it’s a quick fix in the service center?

Have you tried to power cycle it (walk away, let it shut down, and then walk back to it)?

Yeah. They walked me through that over the phone with roadside. No luck with it, and when I came back an hour later it was throwing the same errors.

Damn, that sucks. I’m sorry to hear that. Fortunately the issue should be a simple permanent fix. Still doesn’t make this moment any easier. Please share once you’re back up and running.

**** UPDATE ****
I was told today that this error was caused by a "Steering Column Failure". It had something to do with the sensors failing. The redundancy checks that they have built in (to prevent a steering failure) apparently worked. Parts are now on order. Doesn't seem to be backordered. Will update when I learn more.

They are also replacing the compressor for the suspension. I was getting a "suspension unable to raise" error on occasion.
