Not sure what caused them but they were above left rear tire at delivery. They ended up buffing them out and its now not noticeable at all.

It was more than likely black glue residue from manufacturing, just like mine had and they also buffed them right out before taking my Cyberbeast home on delivery day.
If I hadn’t known any better, I thought they were deep scratch marks and had a texture like a gouge in the steel when you ran a thumbnail across them, but wouldn’t come off by just scraping them.

UPDATE :
He is still in custody and He was sentenced to 16 months in jail after pleading guilty. He was out on parole at the time so he will be locked up for some time now.
