Sounds like there are multiple issues. Mine was extremely noisy, seemingly from wind turbulence. Brought it in several times, they heard it, then they drove a loaner and said it sounded the same. So it sounds like it’s a common technician approach to a problem I don’t think they’ve solved.

I did find a solution that reduced the noise, although it didn’t eliminate. It’s a continuous rubber seal that can be placed around the glass roof in the seams. It seems to reduce turbulence in the interface between the windshield and the glass roof. Here is my previous post. Hope it helps someone. Minimal investment to try.

the noise reduction kit from RPM Tesla for the model S fits the Cybertruck very well. Took a few tries but I was able to install in about 15 minutes with painters tape as a helper (they have an installation video which was helpful). It is a loop of rubber - I ran it around the perimeter of the roof glass - easy on front and back, but with sides I had to decide whether to run along the roof glass or the side piece that abuts the stainless steel side. I chose the former because it made the perimeter smaller and much closer to the size of the model S - I was afraid it wouldn’t stretch enough if I ran it down the outer sides. See pics.

And … it really helped! Definite reduction in noise. Thinking much of the improvement was closing the gap between the windshield and roof glass. Only $30 bucks. If you have windshield noise, maybe give it a try.

Yes there are multiple issues. I can hear the turbulence caused by the mirrors. That’s separate from the noise from the window seals. I too have used those noise reduction rubber bands in my other Teslas and they do help with the turbulence in the track in the roof. 3 separate noises

I'm going to submit another service request for this (windshield) and make note that MANY people are experiencing the same issue. We'll see how that goes.

This is the recommended rubber seal at another site. I never had the noise but used anyway. It’s 1/4 inch thick and it’s pressed in between the windshield and stainless steel panels. Found at Amazon.

I am not rpm Tesla, I’m the one that bought it. The size for the model S works for the CT with a little bit extra stretching. I don’t know for sure, but I imagine the glass roof size of the model 3 is a lot smaller, so I think it would be way too small.

I'm going in Thursday for another appointment- the issue is tesla is either addressing this internally or not talking about it until they have a solution. My truck is not driveable on highway its like the windows are down and the doors shake- this is on top of my front engine noise. The problem is my 2 friends and my neighbors are all quiet- so its not a design issue its a defect somewhere. Although everyone agrees at 120 + it's bad for wind

Update: Tesla Service accepted my request w/$0 estimate. Will report back after the service - isn't until the 30th

Mine is completely different that yours, but also loud. My Beast motors are very loud at 40mph-60mph speeds, a high pitched noise that fills the cabin. I hear so many people say how silent their trucks are, which makes me think (1) the Beast is louder than the AWD or (2) mine is not perfect. It drives just fine so I never messed with it, but it is the loudest EV I've been in by a significant amount.

Hum... my Beast is pretty loud, VIN series 43xxx. I will have to investigate further to isolate what noises are what.

Doors should not raddle at any speed…. Maybe they are misaligned. Is this your first Tesla brand? My MYP is noisier than the CT. MY 3 wasn’t better. I find the CTB comfortable at 70mph.. Yes some wind resistance noise which I am working on sealing, but nothing dramatic.
I have a noise that depending on the speed and wind direction sounds like a kazoo above the front passenger side. Very loud and annoying and I’m told that they have found what caused it and I’ve done repairs yet to have test tested to see if it did resolve the issue.

Since the temperature has dropped my back driver's side window is very noisy above 35 like the window is cracked open or door is ajar. The cabin is so loud that I noticed I was turning up the stereo. I also noticed that at my standard car wash water droplets are now found inside the window both sides. As soon as the temperature got above 40, no noise much to my dismay as I drove the master mechanic to hear the noise. I also have always had my driver's door and mirror vibrate at high speeds especially with cross winds. Unfortunately it is going to remain above 40-50 until I pick up my CT and then it drops to 20. The noise is present 95% of the time when 20 degrees. I was able to have a noise free drive after my CT was in the garage for a day and warmed. As soon as I had it sit outside the same drive back was very noisy. He thought they could move the window forward a bit. Fingers are crossed.
I am experiencing this as well. At first I thought it was due to an update that maybe had the windows down slightly but then I realized it wasn't always there and only happenswhen it's very cold. Definitely sounds like a windows is just slightly open.
