I also have this issue on the front passenger side. Sounds like the window is slightly open but its not. Seems to only be when it is below freezing outside

Mine is completely different that yours, but also loud. My Beast motors are very loud at 40mph-60mph speeds, a high pitched noise that fills the cabin. I hear so many people say how silent their trucks are, which makes me think (1) the Beast is louder than the AWD or (2) mine is not perfect. It drives just fine so I never messed with it, but it is the loudest EV I've been in by a significant amount.
Mine has a whine to it when hitting it. Almost like a supercharger. A lot of others have said on here that their Beast do the same.

We experience the Drivers Door Buffetting and some Wind getting thru the front drivers side window seal at Highway Speeds... Mostly 80+ MPH
I’m experiencing this also. Did you find a solution?

Since the temperature has dropped my back driver's side window is very noisy above 35 like the window is cracked open or door is ajar. The cabin is so loud that I noticed I was turning up the stereo. I also noticed that at my standard car wash water droplets are now found inside the window both sides. As soon as the temperature got above 40, no noise much to my dismay as I drove the master mechanic to hear the noise. I also have always had my driver's door and mirror vibrate at high speeds especially with cross winds. Unfortunately it is going to remain above 40-50 until I pick up my CT and then it drops to 20. The noise is present 95% of the time when 20 degrees. I was able to have a noise free drive after my CT was in the garage for a day and warmed. As soon as I had it sit outside the same drive back was very noisy. He thought they could move the window forward a bit. Fingers are crossed.
I think I see the same thing happening for me. In my case, my truck has always been very quiet. One of the reasons I liked it vs other trucks. But at sub 20 degrees I feel like there’s more wind noise above 35-40mph. I’m guessing it has something to do with materials contracting just slightly. Even in the 30s, I don’t hear it. Seems to need to be well below freezing.

I had mine recently serviced and the passenger side noise from the window seals is better, but i still feel like there is additional noise. What does it sound like when the windshield seal needs to be replaced?

Also, my doors feel like they get air in them when driving at highway speeds. The reason i say this is when driving on the highway, with my leg resting against it, I can feel the door vibrating/fluttering as if wind was being shoved in it and the inner door is flexing. Anyone else experience this?

I have this exact issue and I was wondering if that is normal. Are there others that this does not happen to?

I have noticed that the doors have to be closed very firmly when it’s below freezing or they will leak air at highway speed. This is new since we’ve only recently had a very cold snap - 18° yesterday

Has anyone got a solution other than hey this is normal yet? Got mine back after almost 3 weeks they replaced the front drive unit - say the wind noise is normal. The car shouldn’t vibrate and have air getting in this is not normal. Also have an issue with the mirror buzzing and shaking which there is a TSB for they just decided not to follow. That can get fixed but the wind noise and rattle is not normal. Is everyone being told they can’t reproduce it? I’m getting so frustrated

after having your drive unit changed, did that noise/audio clip you posted from 12/2 disappear?
