I think the process is different now. I originally got an email from Tesla asking me if I was interested in the backup. I filled out a questionnaire and they said I qualified. Next thing I knew, I got an email from Treehouse to coordinate everything.

when i test mine by turning off the main breaker, the cyberruck screen shows grid went down, and then it initiates powershare, turns on for 1/10 second, and fails. Screen in cybertruck then says retrying. Does this a few times till i give up watching.
I have this exact same issue. Were you ever able to get yours fixed? Tesla support is telling me its a problem with my Cybertruck and to schedule service.

Had it installed 2 months ago, allegedly the WiFi won’t connect. Qmeritt says I need to have it replaced. Tesla says Qmeritt is supposed to submit an RMA. What a goat rope this is. Every time you contact Tesla it’s like starting over from scratch. No one seems to know what to do. You can’t get to anyone in the alleged “warranty” department. If anyone has any information on who to call specifically I’d appreciate it.

I have this exact same issue. Were you ever able to get yours fixed? Tesla support is telling me its a problem with my Cybertruck and to schedule service.
Short answer is Tesla authorized electrician had to come back out

I believe the issue was the additional hardware - SAK-60ms - which I believe limits the charger. I have 100 amp service to the house, and I believe this was a workaround to prevent the charger If the whole house had a high draw at the time.

I think this added box may have been incorrectly wired

Tesla authorized electrician said if it didn’t fix the issue, they would escalate to Tesla. I don’t believe the homeowner is expected to get Tesla involved.

this particular Tesla authorized electrician said mine was the first that they had done with a cyber truck (took delivery in feb 2024)

The installation was not supposed to work initially because the truck needed to get and OTA update. But then the OTA update came, an email from Tesla said it was a done deal for power share, but it still didn’t work until the electrician came back out weeks later

Well that makes me think it's not my CT and more likely in the wiring. Thank you for your reply.
