Delete existing chat, start new, ask "RNxxx delivery eta"do you use any spec. question when asking or something ?
when I ask my tesla assist : "what is the status on my order RN..." - the answer is :
" your order update is best tracked in the tesla app. If you need vehicle sooner, explore our inventory" .... ! a bit attitude, like why bother asking .... LOL,
n'way, I usually chat with Gemini AI and it is more friendly and helpfull to chat, search and so on ...
You need to delete the app and restart it in order to reset the seed for the random date generator.do you use any spec. question when asking or something ?

Are we talking about ios/android tesla app? When on your ordered cybertruck (shown full screen with your pre-delivery tasks on the bottom) - go to the hamburger menu - top right corner, then on next screen (which is your account - Your name etc ) - another chat icon in top right corner ("a chat reply with an asterisk") - click on it, it should say "Tesla Assist" on top. Try asking there.did that before, but similar answers...... n'way![]()

Damn Mini2nut I'm so happy for you. I remember you've been wanting one of these forever. We both placed an order the same time/day, I remember we were both stoked on the thread that was started when this version came out. Maybe it's a sign I'll get mine soon even though I don't have a VIN?The eagle has landed
I ordered on 2/20 and took delivery today. I was scheduled for Sunday pickup but the truck arrived to the SC early. It took just over 2-weeks to arrive once it was shipped from TX.
I spent a good 45 minutes inspecting the vehicle from top to bottom. I checked operation of the tonneau cover, tailgate, all doors, all windows, frunk, no door rattles when closing all 4 doors, windshield seals, door weatherstripping, glass roof was perfectly centered, etc. Also, no aberrations in the windshield and all of the glass was perfect.
I would rate the overall build quality a 98.5 out of 100. One can-trail was slightly misaligned (service ticket) on the rear passenger side and there was a very, very hard to notice depression/dimple on the passenger side frunk that won't photograph. The 3 CT's parked next to me, all Premium trims, all looked the same so I decided to accept delivery. Otherwise the truck was perfect.
My VIN is quiet as a church mouse inside. It's tight! Going over some speed bumps and rough roads on the way home revealed zero rattles, squeaks, abnormal noises or wind noise. Those are a HUGE pet peeve of mine so my CT passed with flying colors.
I truly feel as though I received a "good one" that wasn't assembled on a Monday or Thursday (4 10-hour CT assembly days last I heard). My app updated on a Tuesday saying it was being assembled and Thursday it updated again stating truck was in transit. Since Tesla only lists the month/year it was assembled I can only go by my app updates.
The truck is worth the wait. The steering dynamics, futuristic styling, SS exterior and technology are what sold me on the CT. The SBW and RWS makes the truck a true pleasure to drive.
This is our 3rd Tesla purchase and we are spoiled on the ease of the purchase transaction. For those who are purchasing their first Tesla you are in for a rare automobile purchasing experience.
No sleazy salesman to deal with. No back and forth with a salesman who has to bring your offer to a manager for approval. No waiting your turn to enter the dreaded high pressure finance and being pushed to buy paint protection, flat tire plans, seat protection, window tinting, undercoating, theft protection, VIN etching, etc.
I know, I know. Pic or it didn't happen
