This works when the CT is on low/entry mode? Maybe I missed it but how do you prevent the truck from going in that mode?

Looks good. I may do it once steel aftermarket bumpers become more available for $1500.

It should work in all
Modes , I have 295 =35” tires basically and mine works in all modes.
the little deals he added to the censors trick the suspension so basically “low mode” is now “medium” medium is now high and high is now extract or something close to those. So you no longer are truly in “low mode” ever. If he didn’t add those then no it would not work

Finally! Someone is doing this. Thank you! So many questions.
What’s your Wh/mi?
How’s the noise?
After those aftermarket links is the extract mode even higher?
Now you can actually deflate this for even better traction
Somebody that is doing this type of mod I really do not think that mileage and noise is any of his concern. With the extra weight and physical sizing and footprint / patch of this tire and not to mention aero, it will definitely decrease his efficiency. How much I'd be willing to know. Noise? Absolutely an increase. I can appreciate what he is doing but I wouldn't want it personally on a daily driver.

Road noise is a small increased when changing to a true AT over the stock but it isn’t significant as far as I’m concerned . My 295 Toyo with in a drive I completely forgot the noise difference if I even noticed it at all. I’m sure a MT would def be noisy!
I guess “daily driver “ depends on what your daily driving is. I work local and drive local daily don’t even charge but every few days so yeah Range doesn’t matter for everyone , my truck is as comfy as can be and quit as well so even if o had to drive it far it wouldn’t be a big deal for it to be a “daily driver “

Personally I think they nailed the proportions with the 35s on 20s, but to each their own.

It looks sharp with these wheels, although it's way too much DYI imo. How are you planning to close/modify those openings?

The suspension adjustments just change very high to extract and high to very high. It will put stress on your airbags but it does look cool. I would not be hacking up my front end like that though, for any tire.

18" wheels + 37's tires on Cybertruck. Suspension links from @CYBERTRUCKco. Not my CT

I think I would like these wheels and tires in the stock size. I don't want to do a bunch of modifying, but I like the look of those wheels. Maybe even go 19 inch, with a 35 inch tire, for a bit more sidewall. Then you don't have to modify the suspension or the spacer.

Modding a truck is one of the joys of pickup truck ownership. While this is not a huge upgrade it's still one of the early efforts at using larger tires. Well done!

All,
As much as we wanted this to be this simple for our LA Auto show truck with BFG KM3 Mud Terrains, it is not a simple front bumper trim! Hate to say the video may not be complete for all tires and requires much more work to make work with KM3's..

For specifics, we used 20" rims with 1" offset + 1.5" spacers and 37" BFG K03 mud terrains. Looked like it was going to be badass, till it wasn't... and this was after we trimmed the front fender like the video...

Pic 1 - swap tires
pic 2 - in high mode w/ lift rods
Pic 3 - inner fender removed, rubbing welded part of the frame. Could be bent back or trimmed, but not everybody
Pic 4 - going to rub out the corner lights
Pic 5 - bed cap with windows teaser
Pic 6 - removed spacers, will rub the adjuster bolt
Pic 7 - looks like it will rub the frame webbing
Pic 8 - removed spacers - still rubs the frame, though less mod needed
Pic 9 - Tire specs on width and height.
In our opinion, we also owned a Land Rover service shop for 25 years, to make the 37's work on the Cyber, you need a narrower front bumper w/ lights moved forward, replace control arms front and bottom, moving wheel forward 13mm w/ 54mm lift. Not a cheap or easy project. But we have been wrong before...

@oldspice can you please share what tires you used and final pics trimming and can you drive the car without tearing off the front bumper, lights and rubbing the frame in entry and high mode?

Hope that helps everybody before you order tires and start trimming thinking this is easy...
