I'm sure they are to spec. But their wheels are not my preference. Especially the one that looks like a bee's nest. That one is atrocious. All tsportlines are flashy street wheels, not offroad truck wheels. I wouldn't take them offroading.

Something like this in 18s would be sweet on the Cybertruck:

They come in the correct bolt pattern and load rating. Just not in 18s or 100mm bore yet.

@tsportline, 2,640lbs on all their CT wheels.

From the owner:

I've currently got 325 wide mud terrain tires installed with an aggressive back spacing which is significantly less efficient than stock (but looks amazing) and have seen ~460wh/mi over the last 150 miles.

Wrong.

The tire compound matters more. The tires we've seen on the CTs stuck in snow are not good tires, and the compound becomes too hard when they get cold. Not to mention the tread was not ideal and gets caked up with snow too easily.
I didn't say that the stock tires were good for snow or ice. They are not. If all other things are equal, including tread compound, what I said remains correct, the narrower tire is better for snow and ice. Now if we want to include tire compounds this gets complicated quickly. But in general, big wide tires are not as good for winter conditions. There is a reason why Nokian Hakepellitas tires for consumer (not commercial) vehicles tend to be on the narrower side. I would think that in Finland they would have this figured out by now. Things are indeed more complicated, but I'm not

"WRONG"

...which is just a troll response. No need to be mean-spirited. We weren't discussing tread compounds, but tire size. And while yes it matters, the in general rule of narrower is better is true. Softer tread compounds that stay grippy can overcome this but if you have the same compound narrower wins in ice and snow. Add studs and it gets even better but we weren't discussing that either.

FWIW, this has been tested many times.

Cheers

This is a good video.About as scientific as you can get, showing skinny tires providing a better contact patch BFGoodrich in particular due to its sidewalk flex.

the nerds who make such a big deal about “efficiency” need to chill. It’s a truck and as any vehicle WE like to modify them to look different and suit our styles! Who cares if I lose 19 miles out of 350!!! Not me! That’s why I have a charger . I like it bro can’t wait till they can figure out how we can drive in high mode so it can look even more like a Truck!! Same dudes drive around with our there radio on and AC so they can get an extra 2 miles 😆 I thought that was just Prius drivers ?

Unless you end up stuck on the side of the road 19 miles from your destination. But at least you'll look cool. 😬
What are we even talking about here? Do you drive 19 miles on an empty tank of gas or do you refill first? I guess if you can’t read your gage/bat percentage maybe don’t even play your radio or ac 😆 anyway in Cali we got a supercharger on ever corner so yeah I’m going to look cool with plenty of charge 🤣

Doing this in 295s. The price difference in 18" from 20" tires alone would pay for new wheels in about 4 tire set swaps... Seems weird but that's supply/demand for you
