I don’t see the back wheels turning.. is that the expectation?

On the topic of economies of scale, if all of the variants have 4 wheel steering, the overall unit costs go down and the manufacturing is simpler.

In the same way, I think the Plaid motor (carbon-wrapped-rotor) could become standard across all models.

Hard to tell with the contrast and back lighting. I think I see it but it may be wishful thinking.

Yes, these are great pictures from the video. The rear wheels clearly don't turn nearly as much as the front wheels, but enough too allow the CT to turn at much sharper angles than a typical pickup truck. I think the angle that the rear wheels can turn is limited by the need to keep the wheel wells from impinging on the width of the bed - because it needs to be able to carry standard dry wall and plywood sheets.
