Anyone else running through tires at this rate? Not hauling anything or driving like an idiot. Rotation every 5,000mi and alignment checked.

Replaced the stock AT tires with 24,545 miles. Running BFGoodrich KO3s now, have just over 9,000 miles on them now. When I rotated them at ~6,700 miles they still had between 18 - 16 32nds. Was going to check them this coming weekend after the next leg of our trip.

How's your energy consumption with the KO3s relative to the OEM AT tires? TIA

Did a test and posted the results here:

After the four day drive we did recently with heavy rain I will continue to purchase the KO3s (or replacement model) going forward. We had some silly rain with standing water and these tires just blast through it all without an issues. The stock ATs are a nightmare.

So, you're on ATs and this is now your 3rd set?

First set of OEM ATs lasted 33k miles.. rears still had 5/32”.. I kept them as spares or if I still have uneven wear after the alignment. Bought a set of OEM ATs on offerup 95% thread for $600 I was going to go with the Michelin Defender Plats

98% of the time I’m on chill mode and slow acceleration from stops lol

Your profile says you drive an F-150. Is that where you are seeing fast tire wear?

If not, which tires have you been running? Because this sounds more like a tire issue than a vehicle issue.

I'm impressed with how evenly my tires wear even though I carve it through corners briskly and do a lot of off-road driving.

I now have over 42K and the original set measures at 7/32, 7/32, 6/32 and 6/72. So I say it's not too bad.

I'm right at 30k on the original set of A/T's with 4mm on the rears.

I'm getting another set of OEM A/T from Tesla Friday.

I was going to wait a while longer to replace but wanted to burn up the remainder of my FS credits that expire on Sunday.

I’m at 18,000 and my front two had very uneven wear that I should have noticed sooner. I replaced all with OEM and got an alignment. The backs were still pretty good, so I’m hoping I get around 30,000 on these.

With tires this large, you may want to capture inner, center, and outer tread depth to make sure your wear is even. A shallower center tread could indicate overinflated tires for your needs, for instance.

I'm at 35.5K and just replaced my rear tires yesterday at service tech's recommendation because the remaining tread was at 3/32". I am running original all-terrains and I have not rotated.

I had the Pirellis and the fronts hit the wear bars at 8k miles and I mostly drove locally and not aggressive.
