Do you have your RN correct? I ordered on 2/26 and have a lower RN than you. I'm RN 127186xxx.
Or perhaps you ordered on morning of 2/27 instead. Not sure what time I actually placed my order on 2/26 but my order confirmation email came in at 7:23pm on 2/26.

On another note, last night, the delivery status app popped up a delivery window for me of 12/4 - 2/12.
Here's my Confirmed Order - Ordered on 2/25 at 10am PST. Confirmation email arrived at 10:17 am that same day. RN is 127187XXX. Note I deleted my address and contact info. Also, I already own 2 Teslas - M3 and MY plus 2 Tesla Powerwalls.....doesnt seem to matter.

Received notification today to proceed with delivery steps and scheduling. The only days on the delivery calendar show this Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Trying to get financing squared away!
Navy Credit Union, great rate, quick approval, check overnighted.

Planning a road trip from Oklahoma to Keystone, SD soon. This would be my first long trip with an EV. Gotta do some planning (I guess).
Any tips or tricks from those who have done it?

Anyone along the way for a quick coffee or beer?

Reviewing the tracker, I'm finding it humbling that everyone who ordered days after me has an earlier delivery date. Appears those who ordered on 2/28 vs my date of 2/25 are getting delivery windows 2-4 months earlier than what Tesla Assist is suggesting for my delivery window. In fact, it appears I have the latest delivery window, Dec 14 - Feb 22 in the tracker of any listed....amusing.
at least you didn’t order on 2/20, have no vin while guys who ordered 2/21 and 2/22 get vins and deliveries

Since there's been a clean break from the first batch of delivered trucks, tesla can throw us a bone and designate the next batch '27s. That would take the sting out of the wait for me.
Yeah, that’s what I thought. I dont find new posts of deliveries since the first batch. Not sure Tesla would build the trucks by batch. For sure, now they will optimize their production for Y L.

After plugging into a supercharger, tap the right of the screen and click on the supercharger icon. Check the supercharger map for the next upcoming charger, tap it and see how much charge you will have on arrival.

I've seen a lot of people who sit at a charger until almost 100% charged, which is a ridiculous waste of time. As soon as I see I can make it to the next one with as least 20%, unplug and go. It will charge MUCH faster from 20% at the next one than trying to get from 90% to 100% at the current one. Besides it holds up stalls for waiting customers, and it's much better for battery health to be in the midrange of the capacity 30-70% vs. spending much time near 100% or near 0%.

I would much rather do 10 short stops on a long trip, than 5 ridiculously long stops, and stretch my legs, go to the bathroom, see what's available at each stop, etc.

It also takes away one of the objections to owning an EV for passengers when you are leaving again in under 10 minutes instead of sitting for 35 minutes, which gets boring.

Another reason you want to arrive at the next supercharger with at least 20% is the truck will precondition the battery for charging when close to the next supercharger if it's above 20%. It will not precondition the battery once it's below 20%.

And that's another reason you want to have the next supercharger in your navigation, rather than just driving there, is it will know to precondition beforehand.

Until I get a real date, I don't want to hear any whining from anyone! :)
