Looks like you might can add the smugglers bay after the fact. No idea pricing and if it would be worth it for me but good to have options.

Also confirms his soft close tailgate.

CT59 did a great job with that video.

Based on the Tesla parts catalog, the 2 assemblies needed, Bed Floor and Under Bed Storage are about $2500 combined. A little too pricey for me but let's see if CT59 pulls the trigger.

Tsportline 40” Curved Light Bar Installed


Install was rather easy, this video is the better version to follow. I liked this version since it connects directly into the 48v without any adapter, etc.

Puts out a ton of light, looking forward to seeing it at night. You can toggle it on/off with the frunk power feed button. Seems well made and fits tight. (Link to this bar is in my original post).

I picked one up from a forum member for $100. He ended up not needing it, so I sent him a little extra and a prepaid shipping label for his troubles.

Got it installed, and it looks great. A couple of the screws on the driver’s side seemed a bit stripped, but for $100 I can’t complain. Definitely a bargain.

No squeaks or rattles, I have 1 screw missing and two stripped out but it still feels very secure and no rattles. It feels like it was supposed to be there, fits very well. I am surprised the Muskogee roads haven't caused any rattles yet, but I know its only a matter of time.

Just kicking around if you could swap out the single pod truck bed LED for the full length LED found in the PAWD. Saw this guide for the LR version which Is similar to the SAWD we have. Looks a little more in depth install and looking at the photos the truck sidewall is different and not sure the full length would be a drop in replacement.

Do you know the size of the screw? I bought the m6 1.0 but it doesn't fit

M6 x 1 pitch is what I have and work. You have to crank them down and strip off the paint on the threads when they used for the first time.

Put this weather seal in the back between the frame and tailgate. Prior to this there’s a nice large gap. Saw this recommended by another member (sorry cant recall who). This specific one seals nice and comes with the promoter to help adhesion. Definitely takes away the likelihood of dust and water entering from the bottom. Realized after the fact, I didn’t take any before photos.

One advantage of waiting forever to get my CT is you guys get to try all the mods first, then I can pick the best.
