@GhostAndSkater pointed out the new variations added to ABRP (had CT before but not all variations AFAIK)
I did this testing on a route I'm familiar with. Some 'alpha' things are still being worked out it seems.
A test trip between showed:
I tested my current '17 TMX 100D (slight diff route) and just added 700 lbs.
At first, I thought it would just be added weight but they must be
adjusting the efficiency as well. My crude data is below:

CT AWD RE 181 kWh @ 479 Wh/mi
diff equals 16 kWh and 40 Wh/mi
'17 X 100D 152 kWh @ 403 Wh/mi -- from that same route
