That however is built off published dimensions, has no shine and just looks boring (I didn't set out to make the lowest quality trash scan, just happened haha)

For what it’s worth, there is another scan of the truck in the Peterson which has very similar issues to yours. Clearly something with the lighting or stainless makes it LIDAR resistant.

Can't say I'm convinced by the accuracy of these scanning apps, please tell me you also whipped out the measuring tape

I WAS SOOO PISSED I FORGOT MY LASER MEASURING TAPE....

FWIW if you zoom to measure you can achieve the 231

Funny enough, 18,9 is what I in fact have the length pegged at for release model ha

I didn’t know the LIDAR sensors could pick up things on that scale.

Is your lidar intensity set to 11? Might be the lidar causing the burntness.

If LIDAR was having trouble your laser tape would probably do the same.

Now if I just had a bunch of pictures I could do it completely without LIDAR or a tape. Still just sayin...

I might be coming over anyways, so if I make it there before it's released I'll swing around to get some photos, otherwise maybe I'll catch a production model somewhere to do it from.

My laser tape all you do is just have someone stand and the laser measures to them. I hope this makes sense. This is my laser tape.
