AC Charging unavailable!
Schedule service!
My Cybertruck failed to charge today
I have 34k miles, good thing it is still under warranty, they have to replace the PCS2 . I scheduled a service in the app but it closest appointment would be in 12 days, then I called Tesla and they recommended me to take it to my closest service center right away since I would not be able to charge it anywhere.
They gave me a 2026 model Y for a loaner and looks like I’m going to have my truck back by Monday 🤞
Any others with the same issue?

Yup. Just happened to me. 2024 Foundation. 18k miles. I’ll have to call when center opens because on app closest appt is 14 days away. They’ll have to tow it away at that point the way the battery drains. Reading the forums seems like it’s a common issue. Should be a recall.

Yep, multiple posts about this issue. It needs to be a recall already because even though many have had it replaced it's not guaranteed to not fail again.

Same problem. Initially told me to take it to the supercharger and see if that worked.. it didn’t. Give me a mile wire as a loaner.. couldn’t wait to get by cyber truck back.

Yep. Happened to me yesterday - '24 Foundation with 22k miles. Just dropped it off for repairs. I was actually glad to get it over with since I will be driving a lot this spring and summer.

Yep same with me yesterday, this is starting to get ridiculous. We should put in a bid with Tesla legal to give foundation owners supercharging for life for all the QA mishaps and issues we’ve had to deal with.

Mine charged up to 78% then stopped. Got a notification to contact the service, got the date for last Monday at 8am at Jacksonville and they gave me a CyberBeast. Got a message at noon and it was ready to pick up. ‘24 FS #18XXX with 29k.

I picked up my Cybertruck today and seems to be working fine, hopefully this won’t happen again, because my basic warranty will be over in 15k . It’s also weird to me that to many of you it happened yesterday as well but I see that others have had this issue before, there should definitely be some extended warranty on this issue since it has happened to many

Tesla is already performing a soft recall.
