Does anyone think that Tesla will offer acceleration boost at some point for the AWD CT? If so, what 0-60 time would you project it to have?

I did it on my ‘18 M3. Weird to pay $2K then OTA update and car was way faster. I thought it was worth it considering the next step to a M3P at the time was something like $15K+

Same here. Had it on my 2019 M3. Loved it.

Tesla is smart enough not to undercut Beast sales so early in the CT’s lifecycle. Two years from now? Might be a great time to squeeze a little extra dough from relatively recent AWD buyers who didn’t already upgrade to a Beast.

Having owned a Model S Plaid and now the AWD CT it definitely feels like the motors aren’t tapped out. I could see Tesla unlock another 75hp dropping 0-60 by a half second to 3.3-3.5 seconds.

Possibly. Shave off about half a second, so 4.1 —> 3.6.

wondering what Tesla will do to maintain bragging rights over the Rivian Gen 2 4 motor eg < 2.5s 0-60....guessing a bit of tweaking to the SW for the beast will make it competitive 0-60, but not overall HP....there's got to be some headroom on both the AWD and Tri Motor to do so, if they will is another question

Unlikely. They don't in the S/X.
Our 2023 model X is the AWD 2 motor (not plaid) It has Insane Mode which feels much faster than the CT. It also has launch instructions and will condition the battery for launch. The CT doesn't have that. Just "Standard" mode. So, I agree with OP and hope TSLA has some update that will unlock some more power.

The X is faster than the CT. There is no Acceleration boost on the Model X. It's just a lighter vehicle with more horsepower.

The Cybertruck is fast for a truck, but slow overall compared to most Teslas (outside the Model Y). It's a big monster.
