I absolutely think there is a strong market for the Aptera. It’s going to be super fun to drive in totally different ways than the CT. Motorcycle riders aren’t looking for the safest vehicle, it’s something else entirely.
But aside from that, Aptera may have a winning business model in that they rely on extreme efficiency rather than a resource intensive and expensive massive battery, potentially bringing down the cost considerably as they ramp.
Also consider people that don’t have access to their own charging at home, this may really solve that problem for some people. A lot of people didn’t think Tesla would make it either.
