Just wonder whether it is worth informing Tesla on the incident.

agree, all FSD, which should include park assist, is recorded into Tesla.com
locally on your flash will just be the recording of the impact, but Tesla captures everything when using FSD/PA

remember when you hit that legal accept page, says they are not liable
remember ADAS 3 will be Tesla taking liability

No, I didn't record with dashcam. I don't expect Tesla will do a thing. I learnt a lesson.

Bug report doesn't send anything to Tesla. It saves a clip with a date/time stamp that a SC can pull from the vehicle upon request or with an issue.

So if you do "bug report", make sure you follow up with a ticket or it's worthless.

Correct, but Tesla does aggregate bug reports. And OP may not necessarily want to take it in for service.
